(EN)🤔 I registered as a customer but haven't received the verification email. What can I do?

If you haven't received the verification email after completing the registration process, don't worry. Follow the steps below to fix the problem:

  1. Check the email address used at registration
    Make sure you are checking exactly the same email address you entered when creating your account and that it contains no typos.

  2. Check your spam or junk mail folders
    In some cases, the verification email may be mistakenly flagged as junk. Also check other folders such as Promotions, Social or similar, depending on your email provider.

  3. Wait a few minutes
    The email may take a few minutes to arrive. We recommend waiting a short while before trying anything else.

  4. Request the verification email to be resent
    If you still haven't received the message after all the above checks, you can use the resend verification email option available on the platform.
