If you've forgotten your password, don't worry, recovering it is very easy.
On the Mathew login screen, click “Forgotten your password?”.
2. Next, you'll be asked to enter the email address you
registered with on the platform.
3. Once sent, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
You just need to follow the instructions in the message to create a new password and log back into your account.
It's important to also check your spam, junk mail or promotions folder, as the message sometimes ends up there.
If after a few minutes you still haven't received the email, you can try again or contact the support team, who will help you regain access quickly and safely.
This way, you can go back to using Mathew without losing your progress or access to your materials and activities.
