(EN)🤔I requested a password change but I'm not receiving the email.

If you have requested a password reset and haven't received the corresponding email, follow these steps before trying again:

  1. Check the email address
    Make sure you are checking the same email address you used to register on the platform and that it is spelled correctly.

  2. Check your spam or junk mail folders
    Sometimes the password change message may end up in the spam, junk mail or promotions folder. Check all of these folders to make sure the email hasn't been filtered by mistake.

  3. Wait a few minutes
    The email may take a few minutes to arrive. We recommend waiting a short while before making a new request.

If you still haven't received the message after checking all of the above, you can request the password change again from the platform.
