If you selected the wrong role during registration (for example, you registered as a teacher when you are actually a student), don't worry, it can be fixed. However, it is important to note that the role cannot be changed once registration is complete.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Contact the support team through the help chat
You need to tell us that you registered with the wrong role and request that your current account be deleted.Open the help chat
You can do this by clicking the âHelpâ button in the top right corner of the platform.Send a message explaining the situation
Clearly state that you are a student and that you selected the teacher role by mistake. Our team will handle the deletion of the account.
Once your account has been deleted, you can register again using the same email address and this time selecting the correct role.
