Onboard your school by automatically importing your students, classes and courses information from Google Classroom.

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Access the administration panel.
    Go to the administrator URL. On the initial screen, click the ā€œStartā€ button.

2. Start the data import
Select the ā€œImport from other appsā€ option.

3. Choose the import source
Select the ā€œGoogle Classroomā€ option.

4. Select your Google Classroom account
Choose the account you want to link for the import.

5. Set up access permissions
Select the sections of the Google session that Mathew will be able to access and click ā€œContinueā€.

6. Wait while the import is carried out.
A pop-up window will appear indicating that the data is being imported from Google Classroom.

7. Define the stages and academic lines
Select the stages and the number of lines that correspond to the school.

8. Associate courses, lines and subjects
Add the courses, lines and subjects of the imported classes to complete the setup.

9. Finish the import
Check that all the information is correct and click ā€œImportā€.

If the process completes successfully, your school will be ready to use the data imported from Google Classroom.
