Onboard your school by automatically importing your students, classes and courses information from Moodle.

STEP BY STEP:

The following steps must be carried out by the Moodle administrator.

1. Access the Moodle administration screen:

2. Plugins section -> Install plugins

3. Add the zip file with the Mathew Plugin -> upload this file

4. Install plugin from the zip file

5. Continue

6. Continue

7. Update database

8. Save changes

9. Installation summary

At the end, the token and URL needed to

continue the process appear.

IMPORTANT: MAKE A NOTE OF BOTH!

AFTERWARDS THEY CANNOT BE RECOVERED AND YOU HAVE TO START THE

PROCESS AGAIN TO GET THEM -> continue

9. Once we click the final Continue and you have saved the token and the URL,

the installation will be complete.

Once the installation is finished, we continue the process in Mathew.

1. Access the administration panel.
Go to the administrator URL. On the initial screen, click the ā€œStartā€ button.

2. Start the data import
Select the ā€œImport from other appsā€ option.

3. Choose the import source
Select the ā€œMoodleā€ option.

4. Add the Moodle Token and URL
These are the details obtained from the first part of this tutorial:

5. Wait while the import is carried out.

6. Define the stages and academic lines
Select the stages and the number of lines that correspond to the school.

7. Associate courses, lines and subjects
Add the courses, lines and subjects of the imported classes to complete the setup.

8. Finish the import
Check that all the information is correct and click ā€œImportā€.

If the process completes successfully, your school will be ready to use the data imported from Moodle.
