1. What is changing in Mathew?
Mathew will stop offering individual subscriptions for teachers (Free and Pro plans) and will focus exclusively on offering its platform to schools and institutions.
2. When will I lose access to the platform?
Access for accounts with an individual subscription will end on 31 March 2026.
From that date, it will not be possible to access the platform with these accounts.
3. What will happen to my monthly subscription?
Monthly subscriptions will not be renewed during March 2026, so no new charge will be made before the closure.
4. What happens if I have an active annual subscription?
If you have an annual subscription, a proportional refund will be issued automatically for the time you won't be able to use after the platform closes for individual accounts.
5. Will I lose the content I've created in Mathew?
No. You won't lose your content.
You can request a copy of all your material by sending an email and we'll send it to you directly.
6. How can I request my content?
You just need to send an email requesting the export of your content and the Mathew team will send it to you.
7. Will Mathew disappear?
No. Mathew is not disappearing.
The platform will keep evolving, but it will focus exclusively on schools and institutions, with improvements in resources and scalability.
8. Can I keep using Mathew if I work at a school?
Yes. Although individual subscriptions are closing, Mathew will remain available for schools that use the platform institutionally.
